The HTA Services team is your first port of call for all membership enquiries or product orders, including National Garden Gift Vouchers, Garden Gift Card and membership queries. Whether you are a member of ours, within the trade or consumer with a voucher or gift card query, we are here to help.

As a team we manage the National Garden Gift Voucher scheme, of which there are two main elements. The first is to service our members by fulfilling voucher orders over the phone, via the website, or via email. The second is to process our members’ voucher claims, which involves scanning the vouchers into our system, performing certain checks to ensure security and accuracy, to finally paying the members’ claim.

We also run the popular Garden Gift Card Redemption and Selling schemes, and aim to service members and customers alike to ensure they make the most of these innovative new schemes.

The team also manages all aspects of membership; from becoming a member to the annual renewal process.
