Facilities Administrator 

Permanent Role/ Full Time or Job Share / 35 Hours a week/ circa £18,000 (pro-rata if job share)

This varied role will enable the right person the opportunity to build relationships with our members, customers and contractors, as well as employees within the organisation. 

You will be the responsible for warmly greeting all visitors to Horticulture House and taking care of their needs during their meetings. You will also be responsible for assisting fellow employees with any facilities related issues such as stationery ordering, cleaning issues and the reporting of building repairs. You will be trained as a fire warden, first aider and take on the health and safety responsibilities within the building.

HR Assistant - 9 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Permanent Role/ Full Time/ 35 Hours a week/ circa £25,000

This role represents a perfect opportunity to gain further experience within a HR environment, assisting with the smooth running of all day to day HR activies. This includes recruitment, induction, payroll and other generalist HR activities.

HTA Services Assistant

Permanent Role/ Full Time/ 35 Hours a week/ circa £19,000

This role will be working in our HTA services team, providing exceptional customer service to our membership, with the additional responsibility of the development and improvement of the National Garden Gift Card scheme administration.
