Pension Scheme
From your first day, you are autoenroled into our pension scheme administered by the HTA. All employees are eligible to join the pension scheme and will have access to free pension advice.

Life Assurance
If the worst should happen, it’s important that those close to you have some protection, so we cover all employees at 3 x basic salary for Death in Service.

Cycle to Work Scheme
A tax efficient loan scheme is available for our employees to purchase a bicycle (for the purposes of getting to and from work). This is open once a year to our employees, and you get to choose your own bike!

Annual Flu Vaccination
We are aware of the risks that Influenza can cause so we run a clinic every year for our employees to attend. If you can't make that day, we will give you a voucher to exchange at a local pharmacy.

Employee wellbeing is important to us which is why we pay for all of our employees to receive a basic level of Health Cover. That cover can be enhanced through choice of the employee. Free Fruit 
We understand the importance of supporting local businesses and looking after everyones wellbeing. Therefore, we receive a weekly delivery of fresh fruit from a local farm shop for our staff and visitors to enjoy free of charge.

Of course we have space to practise what we preach! We have a green space for all employees to enjoy.  

Flexi-Time
We ask our full-time employees to work a 35-hour week. Our office hours are 0830-1730.

Dress down Friday
We really enjoy our Fridays here at Horticulture House, so to celebrate, we dress down for the day.
