This course will be looking into two of the biggest social media platforms - Facebook and Instagram. Spending the morning looking at organic reach and the afternoon seeing how you can expand your customer engagement and reach through paid ads and posts.

This course will be looking at multiple aspects of digital marketing including SEO, email marketing, social media and blogging.

  • how to build a consistent digital brand
  • how to build loyalty with your online customers 
  • how to reach your local customer online
  • how to create and share content online
