29/11/19 - Floor coverings must not be laid or fixed directly to the BDC (Venue) carpet - Exhibitors/Contractors must ensure that adequate precautions are taken to protect the venue carpet from damage. If you are putting your own floor covering, you will be required to lay a wooden floor/platform before your floor covering can be used, this must be finished with a metal/plastic edging trim. If you do not have your own wooden floor/platform please click here and the GPE Events team will be able to put you in touch with the venue who can help you with this.

There is an online system provided by the Business Design Centre upon which you can order electrics and shell scheme extras for your stand.

How to use — Click here and create a log in, once done you will be prompted to add an event. Select The Garden Press Event 2020 from the drop down menu. Add in your stand information. When you click on new event you will then be able to complete your name panel form, your Health and Safety form and make any online extra orders such as electrical sockets, shelving and lockable cupboards.
