Views Sought on the Future of the Agriculture Horticulture Development Board.
DEFRA Has launched a call to growers, farmers, processors and industry representatives to give their views on the AHDB. They want to hear from both levy payers and non-levy payers.
The HTA would encourage members to submit their views to DEFRA using the various methods shown below.
This is a ten week exercise from Friday 31 August until midnight on Friday 9 November 2018 and is a joint initiative covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. A summary of the responses will be published early in 2019.

Stakeholder events: Defra is holding a small number of stakeholder workshops around the country (Bristol, York & London) in September and October. Places will be very limited but anyone wishing to attend a workshop should contact ViewsonAHDB@defra.gsi.gov.uk, expressing an interest. Your e-mail should be headed ‘AHDB stakeholder workshop request’.
