2022 Development Programmes
The HTA is running two development programmes for 2022, which will support business development as well as personal development. Working with industry experts, we have designed these comprehensive programmes on subjects that will support our industry, focusing on two areas that have huge potential to support growth and sales, Social Media Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
These development programmes are designed to give end to end support to the delegate and business. Each session there will be a live online training session focusing on different areas within the programme theme. The sessions will be recorded and will be available to the delegates to revisit at their leisure. They will also have dedicated sessions with the trainers, enabling them to ask and discuss specifics about the business. The students will have access to a private group, which will enable them to network with other learners, share ideas and ask questions.
Visual Merchandising Development programme
This year we will be running 3 development programmes over the year. Over the 3 months, there will be six live online via Zoom sessions, focusing on the core Visual Merchandising principles. There will be 4 selective pre-recorded workshops and 3 practical assessments whilst on the course.
Social Media Marketing Development Programme
With the success of the Social Media Marketing Development Programme in 2021, we are bringing it back for 2022! The sessions will be taught virtually by the brilliant, Julie Hall, on a Friday morning 10-11:30am. Each month Julie will create an exercise that will need to be completed, in order to gain a certificate at the end of the course. The development programme will be run over 9-months.
Customer Service Development Programme
We are running two customer service development programmes in 2022 to support you with dealing with difficult customers and having a positive attitude.
