What is Broad Horizons?
A unique HTA development programme designed to build the skills, knowledge, experience and confidence of people working across environmental horticulture. This programme is different. It provides participants with exposure to areas of the industry that they may not normally experience in their day-to-day roles, offering a broader understanding of the sector and the opportunity to learn from experts, peers and industry leaders.
Over 12 months, participants will benefit from behind-the-scenes visits to a range of businesses across the industry, alongside practical workshops and events that will help them develop a valuable network and make a positive impact within the sector.

What happens next?
Once applications close at 6pm on Friday 23 October, the Broad Horizons team will carefully review all submissions. As places on the programme are limited, applications will be assessed against the published selection criteria to ensure a fair and balanced cohort. We will be in touch within 2 weeks of the closing date to let you know the outcome of your application.
