Complaints Policy

We recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. If your concern cannot be resolved informally, and you wish to make a formal complaint, contact us straight away and we will look to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently in accordance with our defined complaints procedure, as detailed below.

HTA Complaints Policy and Procedure

This document explains what to do, what will happen, and the timescales of when things are to be done by. It is intended to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, consistently and wherever possible resolved to the complainant's satisfaction.
