How can I access the Member Benchmarking platform?
The platform can be accessed here or via the ‘Benchmarking’ button in the top right-hand corner of our website.
By default, our ‘primary contact’ for your business will have access to Member Benchmarking by default, but any number of users can have access – just use the form below to request access.
The first person who logs in from your business will become the Admin user, responsible for managing view/edit permissions of your staff on the platform.
For other users, once you’ve registered for access and logged in for the first time, you will need to ask your Admin to assign you permissions in the ‘Organisation’ area of the platform – your permissions will be blank by default.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Unless you’re the ‘Admin’ for your business (i.e. the first person to login and complete onboarding), you will have no view/edit permissions by default to begin with. Please ask your Admin user to go to ‘Organisation’ and assign you permissions to view/edit what you need to.
