Event Details: Issues with retail crime? This event will help you now and in the future. Learn from Tates of Sussex Security Team, Police Crime Commissioner of West Sussex, Katy Bourne, Business Crime Sussex, Chris Neillson, and the HTA Policy Team. A tour of the nursery will follow the talks.
East Anglia

Event Details: Join us on Thursday 17th October at Chapel Cottage Plants for a behind-the-scenes tour of the nursery, a look at their new facility, and a chance to see production in action for Spring 2025. You will have ample opportunity to catch up with Chris Green, Sales Manager at Chapel Cottage Plants and HTA council rep for East Anglia; Jeremy Costello, HTA Member Engagement Manager; Pippa Greenwood, HTA Horticulture Manager; and a representative from FERA.

Scotland Member Regional Event

Event Details: A great opportunity to meet with members of all sectors in Scotland . Growforth Nursery is going through some significant changes much of those future sustainability in mind. Northern Ireland Regional Event

Event Details: We invite you to join us at the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) Greenmount Campus on Wednesday 30th October. This is a great opportunity for you to meet with HTA CEO Fran Barnes, HTA Technical Policy Manager Sally Cullimore, the Horticulture Education Team at CAFRE and other HTA members/ Key Industry stakeholders in Northern Ireland. Discussions will include Education, Training, Windsor Framework / General Trade in Northern Ireland, Transition to Peat Free and any opportunities / challenges which the group want to raise.

The first session at McLarens Nurseries in Glasgow was attended by 48 delegates, including 18 members and five prospective businesses from growers, retailers, landscapers, and service providers.

Event Details: We invite you to join us at The Gardens Group on Tuesday 5 November. I would like to thank The Gardens Group for hosting the first Southwest meeting, this will be a great opportunity to meet other members in your region. We will be able to see their award-winning approach to Christmas and listen to speakers discussing current industry issues including sustainability and an update from APHA. Your HTA Council Representative, Andy Campbell will also be there.

East Midlands Member Regional Event

Event Details: This is a great opportunity to connect with your fellow regional members and visit the garden centre. The centre has recently been acquired by the Planters Group and Gerald Ingram will talk about their plans. Mike Anderson of HTA member Redfish Group will also attend and will lead a discussion on driving footfall to your business through loyalty programmes and digital marketing.
