APL members can take part in a benchmarking survey, allowing them to compare to other members across areas like wages, profit margins, conversion and efficiency rates, to help with business planning. APL members will be invited automatically via email W/C 13th December 2021.
The survey is for the benefit of APL members only, and those who complete the survey will have access to the aggregated results in an interactive format. All responses are confidential, only accessible to the HTA Market Information team and individual business’ will not be identifiable in any results outputs.
What will the survey ask about? / What should I prepare?
