HTA Member Webinar on the SPS Agreement and Borders Activity
Defra would like to issue a point of clarification that more guidance for businesses will be published by UK Government before the next UK-EU Summit, rather than to coincide with it, as referred to in the webinar. This is likely to be around May. HTA expect a series of clarifying guidance documents to be published throughout 2026 and beyond.
