Elveden Estate and Instant Hedges Tour

We would like to invite you to join us for a tour of the Elveden Estate and Instant Hedge Nurseries. Come and see how we plant, grow, lift and dispatch our unique hedges all year round.

Time: 10 am - 2 pm 

Enjoy a guided tour of the renowned Elveden Estate, including:

• Conservation areas and discussion of Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

• Visits to several of our eight Instant Hedge nurseries across the Estate.

• A tour of the private grounds surrounding the magnificent Elveden Hall.

• Exploration of the private Elveden Park.

• Hedge-cutting demonstration using a Braud machine.

• Hedge-lifting demonstration.

• Sustainability presentation, including our water management methods.

• Visit to our Christmas tree-growing nurseries.

• Tour of our newest and largest nursery, featuring:

• Planting techniques.

• Irrigation systems.

• The scale and scope of the operation.

Agenda: 

• 10 am – Meet at the Elveden Inn Car Park
• 10.30 am – Tour Begins
• Approximately 1.30 pm, return to the Elveden Inn for tea, coffee, and farewells.
• 2 pm – Tour Concludes
